We have had a wonderful Christmas Break! Grandmom and Granddad came to celebrate with us.
Christmas Eve the girls opened their new pajamas, and left out cookies and letters for Santa.
Christmas morning Santa had come! The girls made us all many beautiful gifts. The calendars I got were my favorite gifts!!
We all felt especially blessed!

Ava loved sitting (yes, she is sitting up on her own now) in all of the wrapping paper - what a cutie!
Christmas morning we made my family's traditional Christmas breakfast of scones and eggs - Sooo good!
The past 2 years our tradition has been to hike on Christmas afternoon, but this year it rained all day, so we stayed inside, and played the new Wii the girls got .
After Christmas day, we ventured out a couple days. We went to the zoo...
The Children's museum...
And a bit north for sledding! It was a perfect day to go because the weather was pretty warm, but there was still lots of snow to play in.

We built this great snow fort! We need to go back to play in the snow again soon it was lots of fun.

I've scrolled to the top of your blog half-a-dozen times now because I just can't get over how cute the pic of the girls in their pj's is!! Great idea to head North for some snow!
looks like you guys had a ton of fun over Christmas!! Your girls are too cute in thier matching jammies, I was so sad this year because I couldn't find any that would fit Brett and my big belly so we will have to wait until next year to match :-)
What fun times!! Danny was telling me over Christmas break that we need to get out more like you guys...AND ITS SO TRUE!!! Look at all of the fun you are having!!! What a wonderful Christmas break!! BTW I love Avas Christmas bow!!! I had to look at it up close!!! :) Your girls are just beautiful just like their mommy!! :)
