Trail Riding

The past few Saturdays Jamie, Georgia and Macie have taken off with the 4wheeler and bike and gone on a long trail ride. The girls come back all excited about how awsome it was and how brave they were. Fun times!

Spring Break

For the week of Spring Break Aunt Lara, Grandma, and Granddad all came to spend the week, and let me tell you it was a week to remember...lots of fun!
First up Olive Graden the girls favorite minestrone soup, salad, and breadsticks - delic! Aunt Lara came well prepared with game sheets Macie won.
Lots of fun just hanging out at home.Granddad brought Jamie a gift that will be hard to ever top...a 1950 Smith and Wesson six shooter. They took the big girls and found out they have pretty good aim. Tradition has become making grandmom's veggi soup. We make a huge pot and eat it all week long it is so good that Zack even loves a bowl!We took the kids to Jumpstreet. It was packed but they found room to jump their hearts out!We spent one afternoon on an amazing hike. That led to a sandy beach area. It was the perfect weather.

And it wouldn't be complete without a trip to the lake. Grandmom stayed home with Zack and the water was s little cold for somes liking, but the girls and Jamie got in without hesitation...I must admit the glass like water was tempting.

To our luck the last night the carni was in town. And the girls and Lara and I all got unlimited use wrist bands and had a ball! The boat was my favorite for sure, the ferris wheel on the other hand was a little scary, but the delicious funnel cakes made up for it!

Thanks so much for coming our we are looking forward to seeing you all again hopefully soon!

San Diego

Camie turned 40 so we decided to tag a long with her and Jer down to their condo in San Diego to help celebrate! The view was breath taking .
Almost everything is walking distance which is one of my favorites about being at their condo eventhough it was a little chilly and rainy . We found some great food spots the italian and mexican were definately my favorites!

It was a great trip! Some of my favorites I'd like to remember 7-11, hot tubing, sauna, pedis, getting lost shopping, chesse on a stick and funnell fries, umbrellas, the airport run around, basketball, games, St. Paddys day and the elevator dancing.
When we came home, the kids had been spoiled too. The girls had all made tye dye Tshirts with Lara, jumped their hearts out on the tramp, gone shopping, eaten pretzles, played lots of games, Lorax, nail polish, they made cake pops, introduced Grandmom and Granddad to In and Out, and I'm sure much more. Thanks for taking such good care while we were gone.
