My little dancers

My girls love to dance! The past 2 years Georgia has been taking Hip hop classes and Macie has been taking ballet classes. Last year they missed the recital because Ava was due the day of the recital, but this year they loved to perform on the big high school stage. Macie and her friend Caitlyn looked so pretty in their purple.

This is my first time posting a video, it is especially for the grandparents, it's a bit choppy because Ava was on my lap, but still very cute - hope you enjoy!

And here is my second video. Georgia's is a little short again because I had to help Ava, but this last move is the coffee grinder and it is one of her favorites!

Fun on the Lake

On Monday we went out on the lake and had so much fun!! Ethan shared the best seats on the boat with Georgia and Macie. Jamie took a few turns on the wake board - we found some great water!
This was Ava's first time on the boat, and she loved it!

The lake was so clean and warm we had to take some time to just play in the water. Ethan and Shawn played some football - Great Catch!!

Then Georgia got really brave and after watching Ethan decided that she would try to wake board. Excited, but a little nervous...

Then....Yeah!!!! Way to go! Ethan and Shawn were great teachers. I couldn't believe how she just popped right up out of the water; she's a natural!

Happy 1st Birthday Ava!!

June 6th Ava had her 1st Birthday!! Wow I can hardly believe she is already a year old :). What a joy she has brought to our family. She is always smiling and seems to know how to put everyone in a good mood. We just love our little Ava!! Our family tradition is to put streamers and a birthday sign on the birthday girls door. To celebrate our family went to the water park (I love that Ava keeps on her cute hats).

Georgia and Macie both just started jumping off the high dive. I think they are anticipating their cousins coming to visit and need to be able to keep up with Richie :).

After swimming, we came home for presents and cake. What a super wrapping job Georgia and Macie!!

We put the whole cake in front of Ava and she wasn't sure what to do; she just turned her head at it. So we cut a piece and put it on her tray....Not quite sure...

Photos at the park

My good friend Julee is an amazing photographer. She is always taking the cutest pictures of her girls, so I asked her if she would take some of my girls at the park, and she was so nice and agreed, (even in this summer heat) - Thank you so much Julee I love them!! There were so many good ones, here are a few of my favories...

Summer so Far...

The first day of summer last year and this year it rained! It was so refreshing! The girls loved staying in their PJs and playing outside in the rain with their umbrellas. Ava is my littler water baby. She loves to take a bath; her favortie thing is to get the cup and try to drink all of the water. And we always give her great up dos.

Macie over came her fears and went out with Jamie this past weekend and learned to ride a bike!! Georgia is so excited to have someone to ride bikes with. This picture is exactly how I remember learning to ride a bike with my Dad. I'm so proud of you Macie, and what a great Dad!!

Sunday was so fun. Jamie took a blanket outside and we played games, ate popsicles, and took some naps.

And of course swimming we go almost everyday :). I just love summer!
