While I was gone...

We downloaded the pictures from Jamie's camera so I had to share how much I was missed while I went to Texas a couple of weeks ago.
They kicked back and went 4 wheeling. It had rained and they found some great mud. Yes, that is Georgia driving Macie. They went hiking - all the way to the top.

Georgia did their hair - Looks great Georgia!
They found some games at Dave and Busters.
They had breakfast at Cracker Barrell - (is that Root Beer for breakfast?).

What a great Dad!!

7 Months Already!

Ava is growing up too fast; she is 7 months already. (It's picture of the picture so it's a little dark.) I just love that smile! A great idea....Ava can sit up, but I don't feel very safe with her on the tile, but she really wants to be in the kitchen with me. So I put her in the toy basket, and then if she wobbles she won't fall and hit the tile. She loves it! Thanks for the idea Sadie :).

Baby Rebekah

Ava and I were spoiled with a trip to visit my sister Emily while she had my newest baby niece, Rebekah. Thanks Em and Rich for a great visit. It's amazing how much they grow in just 7 months! Rebekah looks like a little baby doll next to Ava.
What a pretty tiny girl!

Christmas Cheer!

We have had a wonderful Christmas Break! Grandmom and Granddad came to celebrate with us.
Christmas Eve the girls opened their new pajamas, and left out cookies and letters for Santa. Christmas morning Santa had come! The girls made us all many beautiful gifts. The calendars I got were my favorite gifts!!
We all felt especially blessed!

More Webkinz :).
Ava loved sitting (yes, she is sitting up on her own now) in all of the wrapping paper - what a cutie!
Christmas morning we made my family's traditional Christmas breakfast of scones and eggs - Sooo good!
The past 2 years our tradition has been to hike on Christmas afternoon, but this year it rained all day, so we stayed inside, and played the new Wii the girls got .

After Christmas day, we ventured out a couple days. We went to the zoo...
The Children's museum...
And a bit north for sledding! It was a perfect day to go because the weather was pretty warm, but there was still lots of snow to play in.

We built this great snow fort! We need to go back to play in the snow again soon it was lots of fun.
