Yesterday was the girls first day of school. They were both really excited, and all nervous at the same time. Last week we went shopping and they picked out their own new outfits. Macie walked into the Childrens Place and saw this outfit on the manikin and said, "That's the outfit I want!" (except she didn't want the purple leggins to go with it). And Grandmom found them their cute new lunch bags they're holding- thanks; they love them!!

Ava needed her picture too...

and Mom...

and Dad...

This is Georgia's new 3rd grade class room. She was excited to be in the next (for 3rd, 4th &5th graders) building and to have a smart board in her class room. (She's way in the back by the smart board).

This is Macie's 1st grade class. She has her very own desk this year, plays on the big playground, and changes class for her specials.
I wasn't expecting it to be so hard to have them go off to school; I love summer and having them at home. I know they will have a great year though!
